<p>The neon sign with the big red parrot is still there. And the name and the location are the same they&#8217;ve been for more than half a century: Andy&#8217;s Pet Shop at The Alameda and Julian Street in San Jose.      A look inside Andy&#8217;s Pet Shop</p>
<p>The Fish Doctors is owned by Ivan Ramirez and Mike McGowan, longtime friends who turned their passion for aquatics into a business venture.</p>
<p>Animal rights extremists must be dancing in the streets after a law in Switzerland recently passed. With utter disbelief and a little laughter, I read through this new law imagining the Swiss people dealing with some of the outlandish details they will have to put up with starting this</p>
